About us

Our gym journey started together at age 15 playing around with weights after school, not thinking too much into how far the journey would take us, all we knew was that the gym journey is a lifestyle with no final destination. We learned that as long as you’re moving in the right direction, the journey is as important, if not more important than the destination itself. 

This is why when we say ‘it’s all about the journey not the destination‘ we are not down playing the final goal, but rather the destination you are at right now. 

For me, the gym is a place where we get ready for adventures. Our eyes is not on the elliptical. It is on the mountains we will climb. Our hope is that in sharing our adventures with you, we will inspire you to find your own adventures. Let's keep building strength and health together. Then, we can share the stories of the exciting places that our bodies take us.
